Adds two open source tools from the intocps association that support the FMI standard:

  1. maestro: https://github.com/INTO-CPS-Association/maestro
  2. INTO-CPS application (GUI version of maestro): https://into-cps-association.github.io/simulation/app.html

Thanks for adding your tools!
If possible, could you please provide with the examplesURL more information i. with which checkers, reference FMUs, and other importing and exporting tools you have tested your implementation? See e.g. https://github.com/altairengineering/fmus for an example.
This can also be in a separate Pull Request.
Benefit for you: your tool will get the "golden star" and listed on the top
